Fully automatic and information-based hot-dip galvanizing production line for standard parts (suitable for small galvanized workpieces such as high-precision nuts, bolts, washers, tie rods, fasteners, etc.)
1. When galvanizing small parts such as fasteners and bolts, it can be fully automated. These automated equipment can quickly process each basket or basket, reducing labor costs and increasing output.
2. All operating procedures during production are automated, from pickling of the workpiece in the basket or basket, dipping in the zinc bath, centrifugation, and cooling in the cooling tank.
3. Based on a predetermined program, monitoring the status of all equipment and the load status in each basket, the control system of the production line controls the movement of the equipment on the production line.This ensures that each batch of workpieces can be tracked and controlled. With parameters such as dipping time as process control parameters, various equipment on the production line can ensure that the surface of the workpiece obtains a uniform galvanized layer.
4. Before the basket is immersed in the zinc bath and after the liquid zinc boils when the workpiece is immersed in the zinc bath, the surface of the zinc bath is automatically dusted by the robot. This ensures that the surface of the plated part is free from contamination by impurities such as zinc dust on the surface of the zinc bath.
5. Threaded bolts and the like do not require back-tapping (tapping) after plating because the workpiece is not severely impacted during handling, which minimizes handling damage. In particular, workpieces made of high-strength steel, whose applications in the marine field are increasing, should be treated with a non-pickling solution during pretreatment, which can avoid hydrogen embrittlement or other brittle fractures of the workpiece.

Feature 3: The movable galvanizing platform is convenient for slag removal, on-site cleaning, equipment maintenance and other operations. At the same time, the three-station turntable, centrifugal equipment, and zinc fume collecting hood are integrated to achieve the goal of high efficiency and low consumption.
Feature 4: Through the adaption of informatization and digital technology, the production line realizes online collection of product information, location information, zinc consumption, equipment operating parameters and other data collection work, realizes manual off-machine operation, ensures safety, and minimizes production costs.
